The building has so many amenities---fully equipped fitness room, grocery store right on the bldg. premises with a fully stocked grocery items list plus upper scale wines and beers. There is a tennis court and a seasonal pool with lifeguard. The apartment is very spacious and nicely located with 2 bedrooms and one full bath with shower over tub, and 1/2 bath nicely situated. Plenty of storage, walk-in closet, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Parking is plentiful on street or if desired ,,,garage parking can be rented. Bus stop and taxi stand just out front entry door. Friendly, attentive concierge at front desk. Packages can be held for you or delivered to your apartment door. Easy to see by contacting agent.
